These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Palate mobile application ("App") operated by Archer Works LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (21 years of age in the United States) to use the App. By using Palate, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement for alcohol-related content in your region. Palate is intended for responsible adult collectors and enthusiasts — not to encourage excessive consumption.
Palate Pro Monthly — $4.99 per month, billed monthly. Provides access to all Pro features including AI bottle recommendations, unlimited Hunt alerts, store reliability scores, release calendar, PDF export, and exclusive Pro hunter badges.
Palate Pro Annual — $39.99 per year, billed annually (equivalent to $3.33/month, saving 33% vs monthly). Provides the same Pro features as the monthly plan.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions.
The App allows you to log bottle spots, tasting notes, and ratings. You are responsible for the accuracy of content you submit. You grant Archer Works LLC a non-exclusive license to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the App's recommendations and database.
Bottle availability information ("spots") in The Hunt feature is crowdsourced from users. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any spot data. Always verify availability before visiting a store.
You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading bottle spots; (b) attempt to manipulate store reliability scores; (c) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code or database.
The App, including its design, database, and AI features, is owned by Archer Works LLC. "PALATE TASTING" is a registered trademark (USPTO Serial #99750366). You may not reproduce or distribute any portion of the App without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that bottle availability information is accurate or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Archer Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on crowdsourced bottle availability data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
